Trying all the Doughnuts in NYC so you don't have to

Everyone has their thing. Our thing is…. Doughnuts.

If you are visiting NYC (or eloping here!), you can guarantee we’ll be eating doughnuts at some point.

As far as we’re concerned…

Saturdays are not for brunch… they are for donuts.
Traveling… is simply a tool for discovering where the best donuts on the planet are hiding.
Holes are only meant for donuts (lol, I can’t keep a straight face while typing this one, if you aren’t reading this with dry humor, I’m sorrrry).

We care so much about donuts, I wanted to share a list of all our favorite donuts spots in New York City, but don’t worry, we’ve set out to try all the doughnut shops so we can make sure we send you to the absolute BEST ONES.

1. I’m genuinely so sad (and my whole friend group knows it because they have come to this donut shop with me so many times and we have created so many memories there), because my number one favorite Donut shop is closing at the end of February. But if you’re visiting NYC before the end of February, you should go to The Doughnut Project. RIP.

2. Cloudy Donuts in Brooklyn for a fully vegan experience you didn’t know you needed. Dairy free and just… so delicious. Flavors change every weekend which leaves you with a strong desire to go back every weekend. You’ll probably find me here in the summer time when the weather is nicer and I can sit on the Brooklyn piers and eat donuts in the summer sun.

3. Donut Plant. Get the coconut one or else.
